Yong was heart broken recently.. seeing him in this manner reminds me when i was in the same state many years ago.. i was really destroying myself with drinks and smoke (heng, cigs were not dat exp at dat time compare 2 nw) almost every week. Took me almost a year to get over it..
I realised one thing: when you give a lot of love, you get lots of pain in return too.. i guess that's how we learn in life and savour this experiences. Never lose never gain. Who knows? the next one will be better..
