finished my yoga class in school just now.. wow! i must say it's something that is so interesting!!what we learnt is call hatha yoga..
they are the volunteers from the Nikam Guruji Yoga Kutir school (www.yoganikam.com) which the teacher founded this teaching about 50years ago.. in singapore, the first batch of students 'graduated' about 12 years already.. they have so far about 60-80 thousands of students and it's still growing..
well, we have about 35 participants (out of total 49 participants) tonight and should really give a round of applause to 2 guys who joined us!!
learnt 3 different postures and must tell you, it's not that easy as it seems!!
anyway, this will be a 9 weeks class.. so good luck to me!
