the day has come..
my company is finally certified with ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001 today!! after 2 days of auditing yesterday and today..
oh in case, you're ignorant, i shall enlighten you a bit.. ISO 9001 is quality management, in short it's what we call customer satisfaction, ISO 14001 is the environment aspects and ISO 18001 is safety and health..
yeah! yeah! yeah!
finally we could all rest in peace..opps, i mean work in peace.. haha..
